Megabox Access Terms & Conditions

Access is subject to availability at our Rosebery facility. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can access your Megabox 7 days a week, access times are from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm on Saturdays and 10am - 3pm on Sundays.

Access and Warehouse Regulations

At Megabox Storage, we prioritise the safety of our valued customers, staff and visitors. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our Megabox access terms & conditions. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is crucial and greatly appreciated.

Check in Procedure: Upon arrival, please report to the office to determine your designated access location.

Speed Limit: Maintain a maximum speed limit of 5km per hour when driving within the facility.

Forklift Priority: Give precedence to forklifts and other operational vehicles within the facility. Maintain a safe distance from the forklift to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse activities.

Pedestrian Walkways: Utilise designated pedestrian walkways to enhance safety while navigating within the facility. Do not approach a forklift whilst it is operational.

Timely Arrival: To ensure efficient operations, we kindly request that you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the close of the business, as access may be declined. If your access is scheduled within the last hour of our business day, please proceed to the Exit gate, as the Entrance shutter will close one hour before the end of each business day.
