Access & Security
Your belongings are always safe with MegaBox. Once collected, each unit is sealed with your own lock and transported to our secure Rosebery warehouse. The facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV monitoring and alarm systems, giving you complete peace of mind.
Access to your MegaBox is available by appointment only. To ensure we are prepared for your visit, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. You can visit during business hours, with emergency access available at an additional fee if required. By focusing on controlled, secure access, MegaBox provides a storage experience that is both safe and stress-free.
Pricing
We believe storage should be simple, transparent, and fair. At MegaBox, there are no hidden charges and no surprise fees. Each booking includes a one-time $30 admin fee, while drop-off and redelivery are charged at a flat rate. Your monthly storage fee is billed in advance, giving you certainty and clarity from day one.

StoreProtect
To give you added confidence, MegaBox offers StoreProtect, our extended goods protection program. StoreProtect is designed to cover loss or damage to your stored items up to your Maximum Replacement Value, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are protected while in storage.
Opting in is easy. Simply let us know during your booking process, declare the replacement value of your goods, and pay the small additional fee. StoreProtect is available to eligible customers and offers a straightforward claims process should the unexpected happen. While standard storage agreements include basic contractual liability, StoreProtect ensures your valuables have an extra layer of care.

A MegaBox is a mobile storage unit that is 4.1m2 in size. Unlike your standard self-storage units where you take your belongings into a storage facility. We bring the storage to you. Removing the double handling, saving time and money.
A MegaBox is 4.1m2 or 10m3 with the internal dimensions of 2.4m high, 1.7m wide and 2.4m long. Big enough to fit any of your common large household items like King mattresses and 3-seater lounges.
Our MegaBox’s are made of Australian made purpose-built specialty timber. This allows for your belongings to breathe and be free of damage from mould and dampness.
Our pricing depends on how many MegaBox’s you need and for the length of stay. All our pricing is very clear and can be found in our instant quote.
Yes, Our MegaBox’s have a weight limit of 1 tonne. It is unlikely you will reach this limit, however some items to take note of are books / paper and gym equipment can be especially heavy.
